At Royal Lotus Herbals, the safety & purity of our herbal products are our top priority. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure that all customers receive only fresh, uncontaminated, and uncompromised products.

Even if a product is unopened or sealed, we cannot accept it back once it has left our care. Once your order has been shipped, it is considered final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at royallotusgiftshop@gmail.com with your order number & clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly review the situation & make it right when applicable.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS at the time of shipment.

🚫 Unauthorized Returns & Chargebacks

We do not issue refunds for products that are returned to us without prior authorization. If an item is sent back without our consent, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

If a customer files a chargeback after returning an order without permission, we will dispute & fight the chargeback using all supporting documentation, including proof of delivery, correspondence & policy acknowledgment.
