At Royal Lotus Herbals, we are fulfilling all orders within the same or next business day. Each package is carefully handled to ensure your herbal goods arrive fresh & in perfect condition.

 

 

Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it becomes their responsibility. Royal Lotus Herbals is not liable for any lost, stolen or delayed packages once they are in transit.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the cost of the products only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to USPS at the time of shipment.
